Workplace Shout Terms and Conditions  

1. By entering, you agree to be contacted by Allied Press Marketing with offers and promotions using the contact information you provided. 

2. The competition closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday, October 6, 2024. 

3. Prizes are as described in the marketing materials. 

4. Prize winners will be contacted using the details provided in their entry forms. The promoter is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact details. 

5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

6. Unless otherwise specified, entrants must complete all stages of entry themselves. Entries submitted through agents or third parties will be disqualified. 

7. Employees of Allied Press Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

8. Allied Press' decision is final regarding the selection of winners, disputes about the rules, or the conduct and results of the promotion. 

9. Allied Press reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or prize, and/or change the rules at any time without prior notice. 

10. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or is unable to accept the prize for reasons beyond Allied Press' control, Allied Press reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. 

11. For promotions conducted on social media: 

   - a. Entrants must comply with the rules of the social media platform. 

   - b. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, or Snapchat. These platforms are not responsible for any aspect of the promotion.
